of Use

By accessing or using the Mining Rewards application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metic Apps, operated by Mert Verdi ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are between 16 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Mining Rewards is a mobile application that provides a simulated virtual mining experience. Key features include:

• Virtual mining simulation earning MRC (Mining Rewards Coin)
• In-game shop for virtual mining equipment, boosts, frames, and titles
• Inventory system for managing purchased items (duration-based and consumable)
• Coin packages available for purchase through Google Play In-App Purchases
• Task system (daily, weekly, monthly) for earning hashrate boosts and MRC
• XP, level, and tier progression system
• Achievement and badge system with cosmetic and functional rewards
• Rank and leaderboard system based on MRC balance and hashrate
• Reward redemption system (digital gift cards)
• Referral program for inviting other users
• Advertisement viewing for earning boosts and bonuses
• Push notifications and in-app banners for game events

4.1 — Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account or login credentials with any other person
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4.2 — Account Restrictions

• Each person may maintain only one (1) account
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4.3 — Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account
• Upon deletion, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Mining and progression statistics (XP, achievements, rank history) will be anonymized
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after 30 days
• Any unredeemed MRC balance, including MRC acquired through in-app purchases, and pending reward requests will be forfeited upon deletion

4.4 — Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials
• We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA), which you may enable via email-based one-time codes or, where available, an authenticator app (TOTP)
• If you enable 2FA, you are responsible for retaining access to your second factor (email account or authenticator device) and any recovery codes; loss of access may delay or prevent sign-in
• We may require identity verification through 2FA or other reasonable means before sensitive actions (e.g., reward redemption, email changes, account deletion) where we deem it necessary to protect your account

5.1 — Nature of MRC

• MRC is a virtual, in-game currency with no real-world monetary value outside the App
• MRC can be earned through mining simulation, advertisement viewing, task completion, and referrals
• MRC coin packages may also be acquired through Google Play In-App Purchases
• MRC does not represent equity, ownership, or any other proprietary interest in Mining Rewards or Metic Apps

5.2 — In-App Purchases (Coin Packages)

• Coin packages are available for purchase through Google Play's billing system
• All purchases are processed and billed by Google Play, not by us — we do not store or process any payment information
• Purchased MRC is credited to your account immediately upon successful payment
• Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies at support.google.com
• If Google Play declines a refund request, you may contact us at metic.apps@gmail.com within 14 days of the original purchase for a manual review; we will respond within 15 business days. Manual refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., billing errors, undelivered goods)
• If a refund is granted (by Google Play or by us), the equivalent MRC will be deducted from your account; if your balance is insufficient, your account may be flagged or suspended until the imbalance is resolved
• By purchasing a coin package, you acknowledge digital content is delivered immediately and agree to waive any applicable cooling-off period as permitted by law

5.3 — Reward Redemption

• MRC may be redeemed for available rewards (digital gift cards), subject to availability and eligibility
• Reward requests are typically processed within 48 hours during business days, but may take up to 30 days in exceptional circumstances
• We reserve the right to decline reward requests that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms
• Reward options, redemption values, and availability may change at any time without prior notice
• When redeeming a reward, you must specify the country/region where you intend to use the code. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information
• Gift card codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a code has been issued or delivered, the redemption is final — including where you provided an incorrect country/region. We cannot reverse, refund, or re-issue delivered codes

5.4 — No Guarantee of Value

• We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the future value, availability, or redeemability of MRC
• We reserve the right to modify the MRC game economy — including earning rates, shop prices, reward values, and availability — at any time

5.5 — No Loot Boxes, Gacha, or Randomized Reward Mechanics

The App does not employ loot boxes, gacha mechanics, randomized item dispensing, mystery boxes, spin-wheels, chance-based reward chests, or any paid chance-based mechanic. All shop items, mining payouts, ad-watch boosts, achievements, frames, titles, and gift card redemptions are deterministic and are awarded according to fixed, published, formula-based rules described in the App's Help Center.

Because no randomized reward mechanic exists in the App:

• No probability/drop-rate disclosure is required (Google Play "Real-Money Gambling, Games, and Contests" policy).
• The App does not fall within the loot-box prohibitions of Belgium (Gaming Commission Decision 2018) or the regulatory measures of the Netherlands (Kansspelautoriteit), the People's Republic of China (publishing-licence drop-rate disclosure), or analogous regimes.
• If we ever introduce a randomized mechanic in the future, we will (i) update this Section, (ii) publish drop rates within the App and on the landing page, and (iii) restrict the feature in jurisdictions where it would be unlawful.

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar technology to interact with the App
• Exploit bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the App
• Create multiple accounts, use fake identities, or impersonate others
• Manipulate the mining, reward, referral, or advertising systems
• Engage in fraud, exploitation, or any illegal activities through the App
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use VPN, proxy, or similar tools to falsify your location for the purpose of gaining unfair advantages

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements will be displayed during your use of the App
• Advertisement content is provided by third-party advertisers; we are not responsible for its content or accuracy
• You may earn MRC rewards for voluntarily watching certain advertisements
• Advertisement availability, types, and associated rewards may vary by region and over time
• You must not engage in fraudulent ad interactions

All content, features, functionality, design, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, and other materials in the App (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of Metic Apps / Mert Verdi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Content
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the App
• Accuracy or completeness of mining simulation results
• Availability of specific rewards at any given time
• That the App will meet your specific expectations or requirements

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the total amount you paid through in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (B) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metic Apps / Mert Verdi from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or actions you take through the App

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will provide notice through the App
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

13.1 — Enforcement Tiers

We apply a graduated enforcement model:

• Tier 1: Warning notification (in-app or via email)
• Tier 2: Temporary suspension (typically 7 days), during which the account cannot earn or redeem
• Tier 3: Permanent ban with forfeiture of MRC balance, virtual items, and pending rewards
• Severe violations (e.g., ad fraud, exploitation, reverse engineering) may skip directly to Tier 3 at our sole discretion

13.2 — Effect of Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Your MRC balance and any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 shall survive termination

13.3 — Appeals

You may appeal any enforcement action by contacting metic.apps@gmail.com within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by human operators and decisions are typically issued within 15 business days. Decisions on appeals are final.

You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account through the App.

14.1 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 — Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Izmir, Turkey.

14.3 — Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14.4 — EU Residents

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit a dispute to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15.1 — Our Commitment

We are committed to making the App accessible in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, "EAA"), which becomes effective on 28 June 2025, and the international standards in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA, to the extent technically feasible for a mobile gaming application.

15.2 — Implemented Accessibility Features

• System font scaling supported across all screens.
• High-contrast colour palettes (neon-on-black retro-cyber theme) selected with at least 4.5:1 contrast for body text.
• All interactive controls are reachable via the device's accessibility services (TalkBack on Android).
• Animations honour the device's reduced-motion preference where applicable.
• No essential information conveyed by colour alone (achievement and notification states include text or icon).

15.3 — Known Limitations

• The App uses a monospaced "Share Tech Mono" typeface as a design choice; users who find this hard to read may use device-level font replacement where supported by their OS.
• Some decorative animations (scanlines, cyber-grid) cannot currently be disabled independently of the reduced-motion preference.

15.4 — Feedback and Compatibility

If you experience an accessibility barrier or need a specific accommodation, please contact metic.apps@gmail.com with the subject line "Accessibility". We will respond within 15 business days and, where reasonable, offer an alternative way to access the affected feature.
