Mining Rewards is a simulation game. We want it to remain fun, fair, and safe for everyone. These Community Guidelines describe what is and is not acceptable. They supplement (and do not replace) the Terms of Use. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.
One account per person. Multi-accounting to gain unfair advantages (boosting referral count, manipulating leaderboards, abusing welcome bonuses) is prohibited.
Real person, honest identity:
- Do not impersonate other people, brands, or official accounts.
- Do not use offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or inappropriate usernames or avatars.
- Do not use someone else's name or photo without permission.
- Do not include personal contact information in your public profile.
No account trading. Selling, buying, gifting, renting, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
No automation. Bots, scripts, automated input tools, click farms, macros, or modified clients are treated as the most severe form of violation.
No ad fraud. The ads you watch fund the gift card reward program. Faking ad watches harms every honest player.
- Do not run the App in an emulator or virtual machine for farming.
- Do not auto-click, tap-tool, or remote-control the App.
- Do not coordinate ad-watching schemes across multiple accounts.
No exploit abuse. If you find a bug, report it to metic.apps@gmail.com. Good-faith reporters are protected; abusers lose their account and any illegitimately gained MRC.
No region spoofing. Do not use VPNs, proxies, or fake locations to access region-restricted features, bypass ad rate limits, or pose as a user from another country. This includes manipulating device language or locale to qualify for region-specific gift cards.
No reverse engineering. Do not decompile, modify, repackage, or redistribute the App.
No third-party tools. Do not use modded APKs, unofficial clients, or third-party "helpers".
No harassment. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or dox other users, including via external platforms.
No hate speech. Do not use slurs, threats, or content promoting hatred or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected status. We treat such material as "illegal content" within the meaning of Article 3(h) of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and, for users in Germany, within the meaning of the Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG) as continued under the Digital Services Coordination framework. We act on valid reports without undue delay.
No sexual or violent content. Do not upload sexual content, violent imagery, or content depicting harm to minors. Reports are escalated to authorities where required by law.
No scams. Do not advertise schemes, pyramid programs, fake gift card flips, or any scam targeting fellow players.
How to report illegal content (DSA Art. 16 Notice). If you believe content in the App is illegal under EU law or the law of your Member State, email metic.apps@gmail.com with subject line "DSA Notice". Please include:
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal.
- Identification of the content (screenshot, username, location).
- Your name and email address (anonymous reports are permitted for content depicting offences under EU Directives 2011/93/EU and 2017/541).
- A confirmation of good-faith belief that the information is accurate and complete.
We will acknowledge the notice promptly and decide without undue delay, communicating our decision and the redress options to the notice provider and (where relevant) to the affected user.
We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, or remove any user-controlled content (usernames, avatars, titles, frames). We may reset content to a default value where moderation is required. If your content is removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can appeal via metic.apps@gmail.com.
In-app or email warning. No account restrictions.
Cannot earn MRC, watch ads, claim tasks, or redeem rewards. Balance frozen.
Account permanently disabled. MRC balance, virtual items, and pending rewards forfeited.
Severe violations (ad fraud, automation, multi-accounting for fraud, exploitation, reverse engineering, hate speech, content harmful to minors) may result in immediate Tier 3 termination without prior warning.
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, email metic.apps@gmail.com within 30 days with the subject "Appeal". Include your username, date of the action, your explanation, and any supporting evidence. A human operator reviews each appeal and responds within 15 business days. Appeal decisions are final.
Send bug and vulnerability reports to metic.apps@gmail.com with the subject "Security Report" or "Bug Report".
- You will not be penalized for finding or reporting a vulnerability in good faith.
- You may be acknowledged (with your permission) in a future release note.
- Exploiting the bug for personal gain is treated as a Tier 3 violation.
- Public disclosure before we have had reasonable time to patch is discouraged.
We may update these guidelines. Material changes are announced in the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
