The Mining Rewards Promotional Reward Program (the "Program") is operated solely by Metic Apps (Mert Verdi, Izmir, Turkey). The Program permits eligible players to redeem accumulated in-game simulation points (MRC) for digital closed-loop retail gift card codes (e.g., Google Play balance codes, Steam codes, and other dynamic catalog offerings).
Strict Non-Affiliation Disclaimer (FTC Dot Com Disclosures Standard): All trademarks, product names, logos, and brands displayed in our reward catalog are the property of their respective owners. The display of any third-party trademark or brand does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship of, endorsement by, or commercial partnership with Metic Apps. Gift card issuers do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Program.
To be eligible to submit a reward redemption request, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- Account Good Standing: Your account must be active, fully verified, and free of any fraud flags, VPN strikes, or pending anti-cheat investigations.
- No Outstanding Coin Debt: Your account balance must have zero outstanding deficit in
public.coin_debtresulting from Google Play refunds or chargebacks. - Single Account Rule: You must not have accumulated MRC through multi-accounting, self-referrals, or bot automation.
- Declared Country of Usage: When requesting a reward, you must select your intended country of redemption (
usage_country). Gift card codes are region-locked by their respective brand issuers. You are solely responsible for verifying regional compatibility before confirming your redemption request.
The in-game reward catalog is dynamically loaded from our server database (public.reward_brands and public.reward_items where is_active = true):
- Dynamic Catalog Availability: Specific card brands, denominations (e.g., $5, $10, $25), and regional editions are subject to real-time inventory and supplier availability. Brands may be added, paused, or retired at any time without prior notice.
- Dynamic Conversion Rates (No Fixed Peg): The MRC cost required to redeem each card is determined dynamically based on regional advertising market conditions (country eCPM tiers) and wholesale procurement costs. We make no representation that MRC maintains a fixed or pegged exchange rate to any fiat currency.
- Minimum Redemption Thresholds: Minimum MRC balance requirements apply to every redemption request to prevent micro-transaction abuse.
Every reward redemption request is audited by our automated fraud detection pipeline and human compliance operators before fulfillment:
- Standard Processing Window: Requests submitted by accounts with normal risk scores are typically processed and fulfilled within 48 business hours.
- Security & Anti-Fraud Audit Window: Where our automated security systems detect elevated fraud indicators (e.g., proxy/VPN flags from proxycheck.io, sudden spikes in rewarded ad consumption, unverified referral patterns, or Play Integrity device tampering), the request enters an extended review state. Processing may take up to thirty (30) business days while a comprehensive forensic review is completed.
- Recipient Email Responsibility: Gift card claim codes are delivered electronically to the email address (
delivery_info) specified during redemption. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and deliverability of your recipient email address. We are not liable for codes delivered to incorrect, mistyped, or compromised email addresses.
Digital Code Delivery is Final: Once a digital gift card code has been generated, transmitted, or made visible in the in-app "My Rewards" vault, the transaction is strictly final, irrevocable, and non-refundable.
Statutory Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)): Pursuant to mandatory European consumer protection laws, you expressly consent that performance of the digital service begins immediately upon issuance of the digital gift card code. You acknowledge and agree that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ceases upon the delivery of the digital code.
Supplier Out-of-Stock Situations: In the rare event that a requested gift card becomes permanently unavailable due to supplier shortages or regional distributor discontinuance, we will notify you and promptly refund the full deducted MRC balance back to your account.
Promotional Exemption (CFPB CARD Act): To the extent applicable under U.S. federal law (12 CFR § 1005.20(b)(2)), promotional loyalty codes issued without monetary consideration paid directly by the consumer qualify as promotional gift certificates.
In accordance with Section 6 of our Terms of Use, we retain the unencumbered right to manage, adjust, balance, and discontinue the Program at our sole discretion. We may adjust MRC pricing, modify earning mechanics, add or remove reward items, or retire specific brands at any time.
In the event that Metic Apps elects to permanently sunset the Reward Program, we will provide at least thirty (30) calendar days advance notice via in-app banner announcements and our legal website, granting players a reasonable window to redeem eligible balances against remaining inventory.
Any attempt to manipulate the Program will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture, and account suspension:
- Using residential proxies, VPNs, or IP-spoofing tools to access higher-value reward catalogs designated for other countries;
- Automating gameplay, mining blocks, or rewarded ad viewing via scripts, emulators, or botnets;
- Attempting to sell, auction, or trade pending reward requests or accounts on secondary marketplaces;
- Submitting fraudulent claims or false reports of undelivered codes.
Accounts terminated for fraudulent conduct irrevocably forfeit all pending reward requests and accumulated MRC balances without compensation.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting any applicable federal, state, local, or value-added taxes arising from your receipt of promotional gift cards under the laws of your domestic tax jurisdiction. Metic Apps does not provide tax advice.
