The in-app features labeled "Mining", "Hashrate", "Blocks", "Pool Share", and "Rigs" are virtual simulation visualizers modeled after distributed computing concepts, but they operate entirely as simulated game logic on centralized servers.
The App does not connect to any decentralized blockchain ledger (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana). Your device is never enrolled into a cryptographic proof-of-work mining cluster.
Nothing within the App, on our promotional landing page, or in our communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should never treat gameplay or in-app coin acquisitions as an investment vehicle or financial speculation.
Metic Apps does not issue tax documentation (such as IRS 1099 or equivalent foreign statements) unless expressly mandated by statutory authorities. Players are solely responsible for local tax liabilities arising from promotional gift card receipts.
Mining Rewards Coin (MRC) is a closed-loop virtual game token. It exists solely within the proprietary relational database architecture of Metic Apps. In accordance with guidance issued by the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN FIN-2019-G001), the European Union Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, Article 2(2)(k)), and the Turkish Capital Markets Board (SPK Law No. 7518):
- MRC cannot be transferred between players or exported to external cryptocurrency wallets.
- MRC cannot be converted into cash, bank deposits, or fiat currencies.
- MRC confers no equity, voting, dividend, or proprietary ownership right in Metic Apps.
MRC does not maintain a static, fixed, or guaranteed exchange peg to any world currency. The reward catalog pricing is dynamically adjusted in response to digital gift card wholesale acquisition costs and regional advertising revenue performance (country eCPM tiers).
We do not guarantee that any specific reward denomination will remain redeemable at a fixed MRC threshold over time.
The App complies fully with Google Play Developer Program Policies concerning on-device mining. The App does NOT utilize your mobile device's processor (CPU), graphics chip (GPU), neural engine (NPU), or battery to perform real cryptographic proof-of-work computations.
All in-game hashrate statistics and mining block events are generated algorithmically via server-side database triggers with negligible battery and processing overhead.
Neither Mining Rewards nor MRC is registered with, licensed by, or regulated by financial regulatory authorities, including:
- The Capital Markets Board of Turkey (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu — SPK);
- The Financial Crimes Investigation Board of Turkey (MASAK);
- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC);
- The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA);
- The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
Because the Service is a mobile simulation game, it falls outside the regulatory purview of cryptocurrency exchanges, custodial wallet providers, and banking institutions.
The App does not offer real-money gambling, sports wagering, lotteries, or paid loot boxes. In-game progression is activity-based (active mining time, ad bonuses, tasks completed).
Simulation Component Drop Rates: Certain gameplay features (such as mining rig upgrading and component drops) simulate chance-based mechanics with published mathematical distribution formulas. These items are strictly virtual gameplay modifiers, cannot be cashed out, and do not constitute real-money wagering under Belgian, Dutch, or Chinese loot box statutes.
