MRC (Mining Rewards Coin) is a virtual, in-game token. It is not a cryptocurrency, not a digital asset under securities law, not a stablecoin, not an NFT, not an e-money instrument, and not a financial product.
The App is not a savings product, investment opportunity, yield-bearing instrument, or earnings platform.
- We do not promise that MRC has, will have, or will retain any monetary value.
- We do not promise that your in-app activity will generate a return on time, attention, or money spent.
- We do not promise the availability, pricing, or value of any gift card reward.
- We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- You should not use the App as part of any investment strategy.
In-app purchases (coin packages) deliver virtual items only. They are not deposits, not investments, and not refundable except as required by Google Play policy or applicable consumer law.
- MRC cannot be transferred to other users.
- MRC cannot be withdrawn to an external wallet or bank account.
- MRC cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for goods or services outside the App.
- Virtual items (boosts, frames, titles, badges, achievements, rank tiers) are non-transferable and tied to your account.
- Selling, trading, gifting, or transferring your account or its contents is grounds for permanent termination.
The gift card reward program is a promotional feature operated by Metic Apps at our discretion. Participation is a privilege, not a contractual right.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the gift card program at any time without notice.
- We may change available brands, denominations, MRC costs, eligibility, and processing times.
- We may decline redemption requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
- Gift card delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- You are responsible for specifying the correct country/region of intended use. If the country/region is wrong, the issued code is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Once a code has been delivered to your account email, the redemption is final.
You are solely responsible for determining and reporting any tax liability arising from gift card rewards you receive, in accordance with the tax laws of your jurisdiction.
- We do not provide tax advice.
- We do not issue tax forms unless legally required.
- We will not be held responsible for any tax assessment, penalty, or interest charged to you.
In some jurisdictions, gift cards or promotional rewards may be considered taxable income — please consult a qualified tax professional in your country.
5.1 — KYC / Identity Verification Thresholds. From time to time we may require additional information (such as country of residence, government-issued identification, or proof of address) where cumulative gift card redemptions or in-app purchases approach or exceed thresholds set by applicable anti-money-laundering (AML/CFT), anti-fraud, or tax reporting regulations in your jurisdiction. Indicative thresholds include:
- United States: USD 600 cumulative per calendar year (IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold).
- European Union: thresholds under AMLD5/AMLD6 and Member-State implementing law.
- Other: as required by your local regulator.
If we ask for verification information and you decline to provide it, we may pause or decline pending and future redemptions and, where required by law, suspend the account.
The App and MRC have not been registered with, and are not regulated by:
- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), United States.
- The Capital Markets Board (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu, SPK), Turkey.
- The Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), Turkey (because MRC is not a cryptocurrency).
- The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), United Kingdom.
- The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
- Any other financial regulator.
The App is published on Google Play as a "Simulation" game and complies with Google Play developer policies for casual games with virtual currency and in-app purchases.
The App does not constitute gambling, lottery, sweepstakes, loot boxes, gacha, randomized item dispensing, or any chance-based wagering activity.
- All in-game progression is skill-based or activity-based (time invested, ads watched, tasks completed).
- Mining payouts are governed by a deterministic, published formula: your_payout = (your_hashrate / total_pool_hashrate) × block_reward.
- All shop items, achievements, frames, titles, and gift card redemptions are awarded according to fixed deterministic rules.
- There is no real-money wagering and there are no random-chance jackpots paid in real money.
- Because no randomized reward mechanic exists, the App is compliant with the loot-box prohibitions of Belgium (Gaming Commission Decision 2018), the regulatory measures of the Netherlands (Kansspelautoriteit), the drop-rate disclosure obligations of the People's Republic of China publishing-licence regime, and analogous regimes elsewhere.
- If we ever introduce a randomized mechanic in the future, we will update this Disclaimer, publish drop rates, and apply geographic restrictions where required.
- Take regular breaks.
- The App is for entertainment; do not let it interfere with sleep, work, study, or relationships.
- If you spend more than you can afford, please stop using in-app purchases immediately and contact us.
- If you feel you may have a problem with compulsive gaming or spending, please seek qualified professional help in your country.
