⚠ Important — Irreversible Erasure & 30-Day Grace Window

Deleting your Mining Rewards account permanently destroys all player progress, mining rigs, levels, inventory components, and unredeemed virtual balances (MRC). Deletion requests enter an automatic thirty (30) calendar day cooling-off grace period. Logging into your account at any point during this window automatically aborts deletion.

01In-App Deletion (Recommended & Instant)

The fastest and most secure method to delete your account is directly inside the Mining Rewards mobile application:

  1. Open the Mining Rewards app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select User Details & Security.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Carefully review the confirmation dialogue detailing balance forfeiture.
  6. Tap Confirm Account Deletion.

Your account will be immediately logged out and placed in a 30-day scheduled deletion queue (handled server-side by pg_cron Job 51).

02Web-Based Request via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, you can submit a manual erasure request:

  • Send an email from your registered account email address to: metic.apps@gmail.com.
  • Use the Subject line: "Account Deletion Request — Mining Rewards".
  • Include your player username or UUID if known.
  • We will verify ownership and queue your account for scheduled deletion within forty-eight (48) hours.
03What Happens to Your Data

Pursuant to GDPR Article 17, KVKK Article 7, and Google Play Data Safety policies, data is handled as follows upon finalization of the 30-day window:

  • Permanent Destruction: Your authentication credentials, profile record, registered email, avatar URL, and device tokens are permanently purged.
  • Anonymized Telemetry: System-wide mined block counters and aggregate statistics are retained strictly in an irreversible, aggregated form detached from any personal identifier.
  • Financial Audit Logs: Google Play billing transaction IDs (order tokens) and security audit logs are retained for statutory periods (up to 2 years) solely for legal defense and tax accounting compliance.
04How to Cancel a Pending Deletion

If you change your mind within the 30-day grace period, simply log back into the Mining Rewards mobile application with your existing credentials. The app will detect your scheduled deletion and present an option to Cancel Deletion and Restore Account immediately.
